We strive to display product images, descriptions, and prices as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color, size, or detail may occur due to handmade production processes and screen display differences. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude import duties, customs taxes, clearance fees, and local brokerage charges, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- We reserve the right to adjust product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have been confirmed and fully paid.
- Accepted payment methods include PayPal and major credit/debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed via PayPal.
- All payment transactions are secured by SSL encryption. We do not store full card details on our servers.

4. Order Acceptance

- Customized/personalized products (photo engraving, custom carving): Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started (typically 24 hours after payment confirmation), as materials and labor have already been allocated.
- Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 3 business days.
